Background

I've always been into photography. For a while, that manifested as shooting on my iPhone. As part of that, I've taken a variety of shots, my favorite being the one below, which got reposted by NASA Artemis

Fantastic details on this one! 🌕📸

Dad's Kit

More recently, I found my dad's camera bag in the garage. All the equiptment has been in suitcases since 1982. His kit includes a Nikon FE, a 55mm Macro lens, and a 35mm Macro lens

I am still working on restoring that camera. Currently, the shutter is stuck open and the battery has corroded into its holder.

My Setup

For the most part, I shoot on my Nikon Z8. I often split between using my dad's macro lenses with an FTZ-II, or using my 24-120 f/4

I also have an Instagram where I post some of my favorite shots.
